A valuable meme for any role-player!

Come display your comfort levels so your role-play partners are aware of what they can do, and of what they should avoid! A healthy relationship between role-play partners is the key to a good time!

While this meme shows the basics, please remember to communicate with your role-play partners!

 (I just wanna add a note here that when it comes to RP I'm pretty open about everything and I'm good with rolling with the punches, but if I ever start to do anything that is NOT OKAY WITH YOU AT ALL tell me RIGHT AWAY And I'll back off like it's a spider nest we're dealing with kay.)

Role Play Basics

Locations

I am comfortable doing:

Y - Comment (For little short ones, bigger RP's I like the others down below)

Y - Chats

Y - Notes

N - Forum (I'm really bad at remembering these)

Y - Skype

Y - Google Docs 

N - Other 

Participants

I am comfortable with:

Y - One on one role plays.

Y - Up to three people.

Y - Up to four people.

Y - Five or more people! (If it's an event or mission I'm down.) 

Y/N - As big as possible!

Post Length

I usually write about:

Y/N - One or two sentences. (If it's really cracky then yeah)

Y - One or two paragraphs.

Y - Two to five paragraphs. 

Y/N - More than five paragraphs. (DEPENDS WHAT'S HAPPENING)

N - A few pages worth. 

I am comfortable role-playing with people who write:

Y/N - One or two sentences.(Just keep it balanced like, don't respond to my wall of text with "K")

Y - One or two paragraphs.

Y - Two to five paragraphs.

Y - More than five paragraphs. (I actually like long reads especially with drama)

N - A few pages worth.

Role-play Requests

I like getting requests from:

Y - Anyone and everyone at any time!

Y - When I ask for role-plays.

Y - From friends and acquaintances.

Y - From friends only. 

Romantic Relationships

** Important: Communication is the key to a real life relationship, it shouldn't be abandoned for a fictional on either! Be sure to talk to your partners when considering romance!

Shipping

I am comfortable shipping my characters:

N - Never. 

Y - Our character know each other deeply.

Y - Our character know each other deeply, and I know I can trust the role-player.

N - At the first sign of flirting!

N - Only if the role-player and I plan it. 

Y - It depends on the character. (This is a big thing for me since I like to keep true to my character, I'm pretty much always comfortable with shipping personally but if things happen with my character I'll react with them according.)

If you want to ship with my characters:

Y - Talk to me about it from the start.

Y - Talk to me about it once our characters know each other.

Y - Talk to me about it once they both have some feelings for each other.

Y- Talk to me about it when they finally decide that want to go beyond hugging.

Speed

When shipping my characters, I like the romance to happen:

N - Swift as lightening! 

N - Fast, but not super fast.

Y - Happens in about three months.

N - Slow and steady wins the race.

N - Slugs know what's up!

Y - My relationships know no speed. They happen if they happen. (This really depends on what character I'm using. For more intimate things like smut and stuff I usually like to wait the 3 months but it reaaaally depends on how things are going between the characters.)

Smut

When my characters gets intimate, I prefer (to do whatever the other person is comfortable with):

N - To skip the act entirely. 

Y - To write the build up, but skip the act.

Y - To write the act only if it is very special, but otherwise skip it.

Y - To write the act all the way through.

Romantic Artwork

When it comes to artwork depicting our relationship please:

N - Do not post it at all without talking to me.

Y - Post it if it is cuddles and hugs.

Y - Post it if it is kisses.

Y - Post it if it is much more.

N - Do not post it at all if it depicts sexual acts! (But you can show me personally I'd still wanna see it orz)

Y - Do not post it where I can see it, but draw what you like!

Dramatics

** Important: Always be sure to communicate with your partner individually if you think you are about to go outside their comfort zones even just the slightest bit!!

Violence

When it comes to violent situations, I am comfortable with:

Y - No violence at all!

Y - I'm fine with verbal arguments!

Y - Some violence, like a paper cut, or an accidental elbow to the face.

Y - Mild violence, such as punching, kicking, hair pulling.

Y - Violence, such as stabbings.

N - Beyond violence, such as torture and more. 

If you are going to do something violent, please:

N - Don't do it at all.

Y - Talk to me about it first.

N - Surprise me!

Dramatic Artwork

N - Do not post any dramatic scenes that that happened between our characters.

N - Talk to me about it before posting!

Y - Post what you like!
